UAE residents need their Emirates ID and a valid UAE driving licence. Tourists need a passport, entry visa stamp, and either an International Driving Permit or a driving licence from a GCC, European, US, Canadian, Australian, or UK country. A credit card in the driver's name is also required for the security deposit.

Drivers must be at least 21 years old for economy and sedan categories, and 25+ for SUVs and premium vehicles. Drivers under 25 may be subject to a young-driver surcharge depending on the car category.

Yes. We offer complimentary delivery and pickup within Dubai, including hotels, residences, and both DXB airport terminals. Deliveries to Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and the Northern Emirates are available for a small fee.

All prices include comprehensive insurance, 250km daily mileage allowance, 24/7 roadside assistance, registration, and Salik (toll) tag. Fuel, traffic fines, and Salik charges are billed separately at cost.

Absolutely. Just message us on WhatsApp at least 24 hours before your return date and we'll extend the booking at your current daily rate — no paperwork, no extra trip to the office.

Any fines issued during your rental period are your responsibility. We will notify you when fines appear on the vehicle record, and charge the fine amount plus a small administrative fee to your card on file.

Yes. A refundable security deposit is held on your credit card at pickup — typically AED 1,000 for economy cars and up to AED 5,000 for premium SUVs. The deposit is released within 7–14 days after return, subject to fines and damage check.

Cross-border travel to Oman is allowed with advance notice and a border permit (additional fee applies). Travel to Saudi Arabia and other GCC countries requires separate approval. Let us know before booking and we'll arrange the paperwork.
